Rosemary, Garlic & Olive Rolls

In our house we have a temperamental range cooker which decides it doesn't fancy working whenever I think of cooking anything, which is handy. Amazingly however, the day I thought about making rolls it worked! They were scrummy, easy and quick! Give them a go! (Makes 4)

250f self raising flour, 1 level tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp easy bake yeast, 8ml oil or 8g butter, 150ml warm water, black pepper, 11/2 tsp chopped garlic, rosemary, 3-4 olives, 1 egg

  • Preheat oven to 230°c.
  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Add oil/butter and mix.
  • Add water and form dough.
  • Add chopped olives, mix and leave to rise for 45 minutes in a warm place.
  • Form into rolls and egg wash.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Let cool and eat!
