Travel Tuesday-Monument Valley

Merry Tuesday! Apologies for the late post. I got it in just in time! It's been a busy day.

Hi and welcome to Travel Tuesday! I am lucky enough to have visited some beautiful, interesting places and intend to visit a lot more!Over the weeks I'd like to share with you, some of the places I visited. Sometimes it may be a specific place and other times it may be a general area or city. It could be my native England or it could be somewhere far away. Anyway, hopefully you'll find it interesting!
Monument Valley is a really strange, interesting place to visit. I went there during a TrekAmerica trip, a couple of years ago. The land belongs to the native Americans and so we were shown around the area by a Navajo guide, but I've forgotten his name. He was really funny though and made us all some food and even did some native dancing for us.
Despite the sunny skies, it was pretty chilly there and the night in the hogan (last pic) was...interesting. The toilet was a bit of an adventure too!
It was a cool place to visit and I'd definitely recommend it but make sure to take enough clothes. It get's flippin' cold there.
